Andrew Clements

Now working with budding chefs as the Hotel Folk’s Training and Development Chef, and leading their newly launched chef development programme, Andrew’s career makes him the perfect person to inspire the next generation of Suffolk talent. Andrew was one of the original apprentices at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant and featured on TV’s Jamie’s Kitchen.

Since then he has worked in several prestigious hotels and restaurants with famous names including Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, John Torode in London, Yotam Ottonlenghi, Marriot Hotels in Kensington and the Ritz Carlton Hotels in Barcelona.

His Main Stage demonstration at the Festival will include assistance from some of the chefs Andrew is currently mentoring on the Hotel Folk’s Chef Development Programme.

He will also be joining Jake Lawrence, Head Chef for The Crown and Castle, Orford on Sunday.
