James Hopkins has returned to the helm of the company he first set up in 1985. Hopkins and Moore, now renamed as Denbury Homes, will continue to build houses across East Anglia, setting new standards for exceptional design and customer service.

James Hopkins will be Executive Chairman of the family-owned business with a highly experienced team supporting him. James’ son, Joshua, will be Land Director, Sara Raven continues as Director of Sales and Marketing and Nick Holmes remains as Director of Operations.

Denbury Homes will be Suffolk-based with new offices at Westley near Bury St Edmunds and will continue to focus on delivering beautiful homes for new and existing customers across the picturesque villages and towns of East Anglia.

Hopkins and Moore was the first company James Hopkins set up when he renovated a cottage in Halesworth with David Moore in Halesworth in 1985. Most recently the company has launched award winning developments at Lavenham, Darsham and Stutton in Suffolk and Gillingham in Norfolk. In recent years the company has been part of the wider Hopkins Homes Group, but with the sale of Hopkins Homes, Denbury Homes will be a separate and independent company.
