A real farming family affair run by Ian and Sue Whitehead together with their two daughters. All the products are made using pork from pigs reared on their farm in Suffolk in up to date and modern production units. Ian has taken the time to learn the traditional methods required to hand make authentic tasting salamis and chorizo, before hanging them up to dry for up to four months. They have Freedom food accreditation together with SALSA.
