Combining technology and tradition passed down through six generations, our family has been milling quality flour in Chelmsford, Essex for almost 200 years. Sourcing local wherever possible, we mill quality wheat into award-winning flours.  Drawing on the wisdom of time-honoured techniques, we produce a range of bread, cake and pastry flours. Our range includes; specialty, organic and traditional stoneground varieties that make every bake exceptional.
