Doctor, Scottish baker, brewer and runner-up of the third Great British Bake Off series in 2012, James Morton is now author of several cookbooks, including the award-winning Brilliant Bread and How Baking Works. James learnt to bake with his granny, growing up on the Shetland Isles, which also inspired his latest 2018 cookbook, Shetland: Cooking on the Edge of the World.
James has also written for the Sunday Mail and has appeared on TV shows, including Sunday Brunch. He blogs at bakingjames.com and regularly Tweets @bakingjames.

James will be signing and selling copies of his new book ‘Super Sourdough’ after his stage demo on the Co-op Stage at 2pm on the Saturday.
