Mike Warner is a member of the Guild of Food Writers, having spent the last 10 years embedded in the UK Fishing Industry, as a consultant to hospitality and writing consumer facing articles on native, seasonal British seafood.
After the pandemic struck, Mike set up his own business buying fish and shellfish direct from UK boats and supplying independent fishmongers. He now also supplies restaurants and private chefs in London and East Anglia with fully-traceable, seasonal British seafood and now also has his own shop at Grange Farm, Hasketon, nr Woodbridge, where he treats his customers to his own unique brand of ’Seafood with Storytelling’
His blog ‘A Passion for Seafood’ was twice shortlisted for the prestigious Guild of Food Writers Awards.
