Richard is chef owner of Benedicts in Norwich, his first solo venture. He started working in professional kitchens at the age of 16. He gained experience at The Waterside Inn with the Roux brothers where he worked for three years, making his way from commis chef to junior sous.
Prior to embarking on his solo venture, Richard worked as head chef at Michelin starred Morston Hall under Galton Blackiston.
