Selina Periampillai – British-born Mauritian chef and cookbook author. She hosts supperclubs, cookery classes, does various food demos and caters traditional Mauritian food around London. Selina has written for British Airways High Life, JamieOliver.com, Air Mauritius and National Geographic Traveller magazine. Her debut cookbook, ‘The Island Kitchen’ published by Bloomsbury is a culinary journey around Mauritius and the Indian Ocean islands that combines tantalising recipes, travel stories and an insight into her heritage.

Her ravishing recipes will take you on a journey from the colourful markets of Mauritius, to the aromatic spice gardens of the Seychelles, to the fishing coasts of the Maldives.
