Tim Anderson counts his main influences as his American heritage along with his love for regional Japanese cooking, but with a passion for food science and modernist cuisine in there too. Tim has lived in London since 2008, having grown up in Wisconsin and spending a few years teaching in Southern Japan. Since his all -‐‑ important MasterChef win, Tim has carved out his dream career in food, working as a freelance chef, food writer & consultant.


Tim will be signing and selling copies of his new book ‘Tokyo Stories’ after his stage demo on the Co-op Stage at 11.30am on the Saturday and after his masterclass at 1.30pm on the Sunday.
