Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL FIH is a chef, restaurateur, educationist, author and entrepreneur. Genial and down-to-earth, his accessible persona masks an encyclopaedic knowledge of food history and cuisine and many a sophisticated turn in the kitchen.
Having made his demo debut at our festival in 2022, Cyrus was invited back after his demos went down a storm. We’re so excited to see what he’s got for us this year.
