In order to exhibit at the Festival we ask that you fulfil the following criteria

– Currently be trading as a food or drink producer

– Be based in East Anglia. Suffolk based producers will be given first priority, and those in neighbouring counties will be considered where the products/businesses are offering something unique and of exceptional quality

– Have public and product liability insurance, a food safety hygiene certificate and employers’ liability insurance, where relevant

– Products sold must be available all year round, either online or in farm shops, supermarkets and other stores

As a completely independent Not-for-Profit organisation, we exist to support and celebrate local growers and producers.

We therefore charge a flat fee to trade at the festival, which we keep to an absolute minimum, and charge no commission.

We organise all the infrastructure so that you can concentrate on the produce, your story and sales.

The Festival organisers take great care to ensure that there is a wide variety of produce at the Festival and that similar products are not duplicated too many times. It is therefore necessary to decline some producers’ applications. In this situation producers are welcome to reapply in following years.
