Trade at the Festival

Applications for 2024 are not yet open. Please check back in the new year for timings

The Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival is a celebration of food and drink produced and grown within Suffolk and East Anglia.

In order to exhibit at the Festival we ask that you fulfil the following criteria:
– Your business must be based in East Anglia, preferably Suffolk
– Products sold must, in the main, be sourced (i.e. grown, made, foraged or reared) in East Anglia
– Products sold must be available all year round, either online or in farm shops, supermarkets and other stores

As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, we exist to support local businesses and entrepreneurs.

We therefore charge a flat fee to trade at the festival but charge no commission. We organise all the infrastructure so that you can concentrate on the produce, your story and sales.

The Festival organisers take great care to ensure that there is a wide variety of produce at the Festival and that similar products are not duplicated too many times. It is therefore necessary to decline some producers’ applications. In this situation producers are welcome to reapply in following years.

Looking for some extra benefits?

If sponsorship is too much of a stretch, we offer trading producers the opportunity to become a Friend of the Festival.

In return, traders can pick their specific pitch location; be noted in print publications and social media; get additional PR opportunities during the festival weekend; and more.

As a Friend of Sponsor of the Festival your support will help our Festival maintain its position as one of the leading food events in the country, enabling it to develop and evolve still further.
