George Pell is the owner of L’Escargot in Soho and The Suffolk in Aldeburgh. The high street spot George has renovated to become The Suffolk used to be a restaurant and has now been converted into a new restaurant and bar, with six beautiful rooms to stay in.

George is a generous supporter of the festival, and one of our Board members. After initially taking over a pop-up restaurant, it looks like George is here to stay, and we’re delighted.
