Local twins Alex and Oliver Burnside have always lived and worked on the Suffolk Coast. Alex works front of house and Oliver is the chef in the kitchen. Both brothers are passionate about their specific areas of expertise. 

Oliver loves to create tempting menus, using delicious, seasonal produce from his local suppliers.

The pair own and run The Regatta in Aldeburgh, The Plough & Sail in Snape, and The Golden Key in Snape.
