Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala – This husband and wife team run four restaurants together, most notably Cafe Spice Namasté. Cyrus, OBE DL FIH, is a chef, restaurateur, educationist, author and entrepreneur. Pervin is co-patron and Operations Director of Cafe Spice Namasté and a trained chef.

CJ Jackson – CJ Jackson has been the CEO of Billingsgate Seafood School since 2005. As a charity, based above the largest inland fish market in the UK, CJ and her team deliver a large range of courses for children and schools, industry training and general public as part of a ‘food lovers’ programme.

Miranda Gore Browne – After getting to the finals of the first ever Great British Bake Off series, Miranda has established a reputation for wonderful home baking. Her blog of recipes and baking ideas has attracted a keen following, and Miranda has received wide recognition through her work with The National Trust, Squires Kitchen, Hobbycraft, Kenwood, The Cake and Bake Show and West Dean College – teaching, guest speaking and demonstrating.

Nicola Hordern – Designated by the Sunday Observer as one of the 50 best people in British food, what makes Nicola special is not just the quality of her cooking, but also her spiritual understanding of food and the land. After the popular Darsham Nurseries Cafe closed in April 2020, Nicola took on SouthGen’s new venture to create Southwold’s first real Farm to Fork cafe. 

David Grimwood – of The Froize Inn, David is a true master of country cooking

Dave Wall – Recently voted the Number 1 gastropub in the UK, Dave is the Head Chef at The Unruly Pig. Dave doesn’t like to over-manipulate his dishes with too many techniques and gadgets – just good old-school cooking and keeping it simple on the plate. Two or three flavours maximised to their full potential.
