Stephen David will be in the kitchen cooking up a 5-course feast. Known at the Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival for his creation of the Woodbridge Shuck Festival, Stephen is changing venues to the Aldeburgh Yacht Club that enjoys spectacular views of the River Alde.
Stephen, Resident Chef at AYC, has many acclaims as a Chef of the Year and achieved high ratings from Michelin, The Times and Sawday’s for the pubs and hotels that he has created across the county. He was Food Columnist for Suffolk Magazine for 10 years and continues to practice what he preaches and always sources his ingredients locally. He embraces seasonal cooking – the meat used is local and often rare breed and the vegetables have a low carbon mile footprint.
His feast will be focused on using the best Suffolk has to offer.
