Be the first to taste two of the Wild Meat Company’s new recipes created specially for their newly launched meal boxes in the cosy and welcoming environment of Rendham’s 17th century pub, just 15 minutes from Snape Maltings.
Both the Wild Meat Company’s warm pigeon salad (comprising pan-fried wood pigeon breasts and a delicious dressed lentil, lettuce and rosemary roasted new potato salad) and their multi-layered wild boar stir fry (made with tender wild boar tenderloin, mushrooms, udon noodles and fresh aromatics) will be available on the White Horse’s specials board, alongside other superb dishes from the pub’s new menu.
Once you’ve enjoyed your meal, you can then order a recipe box from the Wild Meat Company with an exclusive discount to recreate your meal at home – or try one of their other game box recipes, which include a delightfully authentic and aromatic pheasant Goan curry and a mouthwatering braised venison shank with creamy horseradish mash and pan-fried bacon cabbage. Expertly created by their new in-house chef Richard Mayhew, the Wild Meat Company’s recipe boxes contain all the perfectly portioned ingredients you need for each dish alongside a recipe card with clear instructions and a link to a video tutorial with Richard guiding you through every step.
If you’re unable to attend but can’t wait to try the Wild Meat Company’s new recipe boxes, these will be available to order for home delivery from the Wild Meat Company’s website from 20 September 2021.
