Come and join us to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch. This course is a celebration of Italy’s most beloved food. You’ll learn how to make pasta dough, fillings and roll different types of pasta. You will learn to make a variety of different pastas, including long, stuffed, coloured and shaped pastas, as well a sauce to complement them.
Recipes on this course may include: Orecchiette Linguine Ravioli Pappardelle The course will run from 10.00am until 1.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
