Rosa Farine at The Food Hub… Victoria Wingfield set up Rosa Farine Patisserie in 2017. Victoria studied Patisserie for a 2-year apprenticeship at Westminster Kingsway College and then continued her career in and out of London, most notably at The Ritz, gaining skills from many talented chefs. She has been continuously inspired by Patisserie, with many trips to France, exploring the endless abundance of patisseries and the small side street bakeries of Paris. Victoria has a simple, hand-crafted approach towards baking, combining her love and admiration of fine, classical French technique, and a forever growing interest in the enticing bakes of Scandinavia (and their love of Cardamom). Course Details… Join us for a morning of macaron making with Victoria from Rosa Farine Patisserie. Taste and explore the delights of delicious macarons. You will learn how to perfect macaron shells and a variety of fillings. You will leave with the skills to tackle more flavours and with the confidence to continue baking macarons in your own kitchen. You will take home delicious macarons at the end of the course. The course will run from 10am until 1pm and include tea/coffee refreshments. This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
