What are your opening hours?
Normal opening times are:
Saturday 9.30am – 5pm
Sunday 9.30am – 4pm
Will tickets be available on the day?
Yes, subject to availability, tickets can be paid for at the gate by cash or card.
Tickets can also be bought via our website.
What parking is available at the festival?
Parking is FREE in the field behind the Festival entrance gate. There are lots of road signs to guide you to the right place. From the car park it is roughly a 5 minute walk to the main event.
Disabled parking is available onsite, next to the entrance gate.
Are dogs allowed at the festival?
Well behaved dogs are welcome at the festival but are not allowed in the food marquees or buildings.
Please do not leave your dogs in vehicles during the event.
Dogs are not allowed on the shuttle bus service.
I hear there is a Free Shuttle Service?
The Shuttle Service is a coach that runs between Snape Maltings and Aldeburgh. This is a FREE service.
The coach departs from Snape Maltings on the hour (with the final departure at 5pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday).
The coach departs from Aldeburgh at half past the hour (starting at 9.30am) and collects at Regatta Aldeburgh, Aldeburgh Church and The Old Reads Brickworks, Saxmundham Road.
No shuttles run between 1pm and 2pm.
This is a free service but spaces are limited and on a first come first served basis.
Where is the festival held?
The festival weekend takes place at Snape Maltings in Suffolk.
The two weeks of fringe events take place across Suffolk.
Can I cancel/change my ticket
