Benoit Blin
Benoit is Chef Pâtissier at Raymond Blanc’s Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, where he has worked for over 25 years. The restaurant has held 2 Michelin stars for over 40 years, and he heads up a team of 16 pastry chefs which look after all the sweet and bakery elements of le Manoir. Benoit also is Chef consultant at The Cadogan Hotel in Chelsea London where he has put his name onto a unique afternoon tea offer based on seasonality and freshness of regional ingredients. He has been a judge on Bake Off: The Professionals alongside Cherish Finden, for all nine series of the show. In his first book Benoit brings a collection of delightful bakes and has distilled techniques for baking brilliantly in professional kitchens into simplified methods for home cooks.
