Anyone cooked any of the recipes in the workbook or programme? These were given to every visitor to the festival - workbooks went to all under-16s and all programmes to the over-16s.

Each booklet includes recipes, editorials on producers, information and more. If you have one at home, make sure you check out the list of producers and farm shops where you can buy local traders' products year round!
