George enjoyed an exciting chef career in London, working under Jason Atherton and Rick Stein, before running his own street food business in Borough Market and Covent Garden. He moved to Suffolk in May 2023 to join Adnams as Group Head Chef. His unfussy approach and passion for the best ingredients lead to much success in the Adnams Group.
