As Head Chef at The Brudenell Hotel’s Seafood and Grill in Aldeburgh, Darran puts his 30 years within the industry to good use by creating dishes with individuality and flair. This feeds from his culinary experience throughout his career, including within Michelin star kitchens and working for chefs such as Bruno Loubet, Pierre Koffman, and Tom Aikens.

Having made roots in Suffolk nine years ago, Darran has honed a blend of eclectic expertise with his passion for sustainability and seasonality to make tremendous creations that guests can enjoy on the Suffolk coast.
