Join Pump Street Workshop's David Wright and learn the secrets to a proper homemade sourdough crumpet. David, also known as "The Breaducator" will demonstrate how to make the batter and then you'll cook some using batter prepared in advance. You will leave with a recipe, crumpets and the knowledge to make them at home.
