You may recognise David from Pump Street, having worked as their head baker for many years. More recently David's been working at various bakehouses around the country and been honing his skills on wood fire stoves at festivals around the country.

David, also known as "The Breaducator", will be leading The Fire Pit in The Courtyard, showcasing the huge variety of foods that can be cooked on an Ofyr BBQ. Think smoked oysters, crumpets, steaks, and even smoked creams!
