Former National Chef of the Year and TV personality, Frederick Forster is Head Chef at The Gore London. With experience working with Gordon Ramsay, Raymond Blanc, and many more, Frederick marries his style and training of both classic and modern cuisine.

Freddy joined the festival last year and his demo was a huge hit, so we invited him back to join us.
