Illiyin is a baker, midwife, author and birth trauma specialist whose work spans everything from incredible bakes to pregnancy, birth, recovery and maternal wellbeing. Alongside her work in maternity care, Illiyin reached week eight of The Great British Bake Off 2024, and has spent the last two years honing her skills in both cooking and baking and has recently launched her new bakery venture, Bun It Bakery.

Illiyin will be showcasing her baking prowess on Sunday on the Headliner Kitchen, and both days will be compering for other chefs.
