James Jay is a Suffolk-based chef with over 20 years’ experience, having led kitchens including The Suffolk in Aldeburgh and The Marquis Suffolk. His cooking celebrates seasonality and great local produce, combining bold flavours with influences from British, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines.
