Now settled in Suffolk, the Anglo Cypriot chef hosts regular supper clubs, is a pop up chef, restaurant consultant and author of 3 award winning books: The Modern Vegetarian, Full of Flavour and Smashing Plates. She has appeared on numerous television programmes, including Saturday Kitchen and Ready Steady Cook and has also contributed to a wide variety of publications from the Guardian to BBC Good Food Magazine.
