Maria's stellar CV includes stints working in eateries across the world (including Spain’s renowned el Bulli and Arzak restaurants). Now settled in Suffolk, the Anglo Cypriot chef hosts regular supper clubs, is a pop up chef, restaurant consultant and author of 3 award winning books: The Modern Vegetarian, Full of Flavour and Smashing Plates. She has appeared on numerous television programmes, including Saturday Kitchen and Ready Steady Cook and has also contributed to a wide variety of publications from the Guardian to BBC Good Food Magazine.
