“I’ve loved the sea and seafood all my life. My father instilled in me a deep-seated passion for the shallow seas of our coastline and all that dwelt therein. I acquainted myself with the practices and skills of the inshore fisherman. Lobstering, long-lining for bull-headed cod and thorny roker and hooking (rod and line fishing) for whiting, dabs, bass and pouting.”

Mike Warner is the owner of A Passion for Seafood, a fish consultant offering support and advice to restaurants and the public on seasonal British Seafood.

Mike will be compering on the Skills On Stage tent on Saturday, and will be doing a demo with David Wright and Chops at the Fire Pit.
