Each year we invite an incredible selection of chefs and food & drink specialists to demo on our live stages and deliver masterclasses.

Invited chefs are a mixture of local chefs from local businesses, to internationally renowned celebrities.

Chefs will be delivering live demos on the stages, teaching their skills in a masterclass and doing book signings.
